"On the main street of Grand Case, close to the the main pier, this is one of the most interesting Italian restaurants on either side of the island. ... You judge an Italian restaurant by its pastas and we asked the waiter to bring us "the chef's pride" Agnolotti stuffed with ricotta and porcini mushrooms was the delectable result. Companions at our table were equally pleased with the chef's penne with salmon or the ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta. The saltimbocca is as good as you'd expect in Rome ..." |
