Chef Franck has put together an interesting menu with many Italian favorites. Start with a delicious tapenade and ricotta with fresh herbs as you read our menu. Enjoy a Tuscan appetizer plate, a carpaccio of beef, or any of several other tasty appetizers. There are soups and salads, many featuring lobster. Nine fresh pasta or risotto dishes are available and several can be ordered gluten free. A lobster menu features three courses with lobster followed by one of our great desserts. Our meats include, veal, Angus beef, lamb, and chicken. The Angus beef with foie gras in a Chianti and pine nut sauce is a favorite. Snapper, mahi-mahi, squid, cod, shrimp, and scallops are available, but don't forget about our fresh lobster from the tank.
